‘Tis The Season To Toast!

The holiday is just around the corner! What will you be serving with your Thanksgiving Dinner?
We all love to have good wine at the holidays. Whether you prefer white or red, you usually favor one or the other with your meal. The choice can depend on the meat being served as your entree, or your palette, or even that of your guests and/or family.
My favorite is Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau. We will be sure to have plenty on hand! The third Thursday in November celebrates the arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau from France. Since it comes out approximately one week before Thanksgiving – the two have become as inextricably linked as Champagne and New Year’s Eve. It is versatile with many popular dishes, which makes it an ideal accompaniment for holiday entertaining. What do you like to serve at your holiday dinner?
